THE BUCKAROO TRAINING PROMISE.

Although everybody involved with Buckaroo takes an informal, fun, relaxed approach to training delivery, we take our part in your organisation very seriously indeed.

We make a difference to the organisations we get involved with because we take a different approach, helping companies to thrive through developing key individuals to deliver customer service beyond expectation.

A large part of this is developing the root confidence of the delegates we work with.

Although covering topics such as body language, conversational skills and social interaction may seem a million miles away from discussing profit, commercial awareness and branding we know that getting the basics right improves confidence, leading to business results.

We are so sure of our training offer that we make the following promise to all of our customers:

  • To share all our knowledge, skills, experience and expertise where appropriate and when required.

  • To conduct all our dealings with you with respect, confidentiality and dignity.

  • To be committed to delivering learning in a style that best suits you and your organisation.

  • To conduct ourselves at all times with honesty, accountability and integrity.

  • Never to release your name as a referee without ask you in advance for permission.

  • To treat information discussed with you or written by you with complete confidentiality. I will not disclose any part thereof to any third party, according to The Data Protection Act 1974.1988 amendments (excluding necessary disclosure to the police or legal bodies).

  • To do our best for you at all times.


    If we break any one of these promises, or our training delivery does not meet with your expectations, we will, following feedback and evaluation, give you a full refund of workshop fees paid.
